For scoring a cut you are already assembling, yes — Music Composer writes an original track for the sequence, from a described vibe or from the edit itself, and it lands on the timeline as a real clip. What it does not do is replace what Beatoven sells alongside the music: a documented licence, delivered with every download, from a Fairly Trained certified model. If that paperwork is what you are buying, buy it from them.

Beatoven, without argument. Their terms grant a non-exclusive, limited, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide right to use the music in sync with your video, and a licence carrying a track ID arrives by email with every download. They are Fairly Trained certified, their training corpus is licensed, and musicians are compensated. If a YouTube claim lands, they name the process: report it with the track ID from your licence.

Chat Video Pro makes no rights claim about generated audio at all. The expansion is bring-your-own-key: you connect your own provider account, and that provider’s terms govern what comes out. On that snapshot, Creator was $10/mo or $100/yr for 30 minutes of downloads, Visionary $20/mo or $200/yr for 60 minutes, and pay-as-you-go $3 a minute. Confirm current pricing with them directly.

Against that, the Audio Expansion is $69.99 one-time and requires the $149.99 base license — $199.99 for the Creator Bundle if you do not own the panel, or included while an optional $24.99/mo Creator Pass is active. Roughly seven months of Creator matches the expansion price, and the expansion also covers voiceover, sound effects with Foley mode, and stem separation of tracks you already have. Generation is billed by your own provider account at published rates rather than metered as download minutes.

Not of tracks you already have. Their API returns stems for music Beatoven itself generated, which is useful for remixing your own cue, and their Music Intelligence product tags a track with genre, emotion and energy shifts. Neither one splits a finished mix into vocals, drums, bass and the rest. That is what the expansion’s Stem Separation workflow is for — and it is the job you reach for when you need to save dialogue from a mix you cannot re-shoot.

Yes. Beatoven ships maestro Sound Effects, which generates effects from a prompt and is trained on a licensed sound library with rights holders paid per output — the same provenance story as their music, which is a real advantage. SFX Studio generates from a prompt too, and adds Foley mode, which watches your clip and builds sound to match the action on screen. Their app was unavailable when we checked, so we cannot say whether their effects generator can be pointed at footage the same way. Treat this row as close.
